Vice President, Global Sales, Business Development & Marketing
As Vice President of Global Sales, Business Development & Marketing, Erik Carlsen leads all sales and account management efforts in order to exceed customer expectations and offload the burdens of performance responsibility. Additionally, Erik oversees ITC Global’s marketing vision and direction.
Erik holds more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience and now couples it with his extensive leadership and team-building capabilities, in order to build high-performing customer support teams. Within ITC Global, he is primarily responsible for leading sales innovation for customer-centric solutions, developing market strategies and connecting with customers to ensure solution applications best meet operational needs.
Erik has worked for leading technology, finance and global insurance companies from the vantage point of leading multiple business functions, including customer management, sales and marketing, and business development. He has brought new products and technologies to market, transformed customer and supplier relationships, and created various new business divisions that reduce customer risk and cost.
Erik holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
