David Wopschall

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, David directs the company’s financial planning, analysis, and accounting deliverables across all areas of the business. David is responsible for ensuring the delivery of critical information for leadership team decisions and securing continued financial strength which enables ITC Global to be a long-term partner with customers.

David is a seasoned finance executive who has led global teams and growing organizations, bringing nearly 40 years in progressive finance experience including accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and M&A strategies at both private and public companies.

Prior to joining ITC Global, David spent the previous eight years with DW International, where he served in CFO roles partnering with private equity firms, chief executive officers, and boards of directors to deliver financial leadership for a variety of satellite and tech industry ventures. He has also held finance executive and CFO roles for a variety of satellite services, aerospace, and technology industry companies, including Loral Space & Communications, a major player in the global aerospace industry, and Unocal Corporation, a worldwide oil, and gas company that is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chevron Corporation.

David holds an MBA in International Business and Finance, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Industrial Management from California State University-Fullerton, Mihaylo College of Business and Economics.
