In light of the recent COVID-19 coronavirus developments and its impact on our industry, we wanted to provide an update to our customers across the markets we serve. As always, our commitment to delivering the best customer experience possible, while also keeping our global staff and employees safe, is of utmost importance.
We’re monitoring and following all guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including taking necessary precautions to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to our global teams and customers.
At this time, all non-essential ITC Global employees across our Americas & EMEA offices are working from home until January 31, at which time the situation will be reevaluated by our leadership and HSE team. Our APAC team have returned to our offices, but are continuing to practice social distancing. We continue to operate 24x7 and remain available to you via our global Network Operations Center, as well as through your dedicated Service Delivery Manager or Sales Account Manager.
We also continue to rely on an HSE Travel Risk Assessment and International SOS guidance that we have implemented to evaluate workplans for our field technicians and other staff where travel is required to sustain critical business operations. All other travel has been halted at this time and we will continue to evaluate the situation as it progresses.
